Ingredients:
- 3 beets (cooked)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Plain Norman’s Greek Yogurt
- your choice of pasta (cooked)
- 4 tbsp Norman’s Whipped Cream Cheese
- Pistachios (crumbled)
- Mint leaves
Directions:
Blend together beets, garlic, and yogurt. Toss beet mixture into pasta. Add dollops of cream cheese onto pasta. Garnish with pistachios and mint leaves. Enjoy!
