Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup Normanโs Greek yogurt
- Tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice ๐
- 1 clove garlic (minced) ๐ง
- 2 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
- Salt to taste ๐ง
- Sumac to taste
- Grape tomatoes ๐
- 1 cucumber ๐ฅ
- Handful banana peppers ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1 can Kalamata olives ๐ซ
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese ๐ง
- Parsley (chopped up) ๐ฟ
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined. With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil until the hummus reaches your desired consistency. Taste and season with salt as needed.
Spread evenly onto plate with a spoon. Drizzle some additional olive oil and sprinkle with sumac. Top with chopped vegetables, feta cheese, and parsley.
Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
