The Ultimate Everything Lox Tart

The delicious and creamy Mediterranean Hummus recipe you’ve all been waiting for is here

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup Norman’s Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 pack lox (smoked salmon), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled onions, finely chopped
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • Capers, for garnish
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Everything bagel seasoning, to taste

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to fit your tart pan or baking sheet. Place the puff pastry in your tart pan or on the baking sheet. Trim any excess pastry. Beat the egg and brush it over the surface of the pastry to create a golden finish. Bake the puff pastry according to the package instructions or until it’s golden brown and puffed up. Allow it to cool. Once the puff pastry is cooled, spread a generous layer of Norman’s Whipped Cream Cheese over the surface. Arrange the thinly sliced lox evenly over the whipped cream cheese. Sprinkle the finely chopped pickled onions over the lox. Add capers and fresh dill for extra flavor. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top, ensuring an even distribution.
Garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon slices for serving. Slice your Everything Lox Tart into squares or wedges. Serve and enjoy!
