Mediterranean Hummus

The delicious and creamy Mediterranean Hummus recipe youโ€™ve all been waiting for is here

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup Normanโ€™s Greek yogurt
  • Tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹
  • 1 clove garlic (minced) ๐Ÿง„
  • 2 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
  • Salt to taste ๐Ÿง‚
  • Sumac to taste
  • Grape tomatoes ๐Ÿ…
  • 1 cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’
  • Handful banana peppers ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 can Kalamata olives ๐Ÿซ’
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese ๐Ÿง€
  • Parsley (chopped up) ๐ŸŒฟ

Directions:

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined. With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil until the hummus reaches your desired consistency. Taste and season with salt as needed.

Spread evenly onto plate with a spoon. Drizzle some additional olive oil and sprinkle with sumac. Top with chopped vegetables, feta cheese, and parsley.

Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
